The FIA World Rallycross Championship (World RX) consists of 10 races hosted across 3 continents.
It is the premium Rallycross championship in the world and one of only 5 FIA World Championships. Consisting of private teams World RX has enjoyed a rapid growth under the guidance of global media giant and Championship Promoter WME IMG.
In 2019, GC KOMPETITION decided to increase the fleet of GCK Renault Megane R.S. RX competing permanently in FIA World Rallycross with 2 GCK Clio R.S. RX as part of the newly founded GCK Academy.
Having joined the GCK squad are RX2 Champion Cyril Raymond (FRA) and RX2 Vice Champion Guillaume de Ridder (BEL) campaigning a 2019 evolution of the successful GCK Renault Clio R.S. RX.
From Norway RX (round 5 of the 2019 FIA World Rallycross Championship), GCK Academy grew to 3 drivers with Rokas Baciuska (LTU), the 2018 FIA European Super1600 Rallycross champion, driving a Megane R.S. RX.
The Clio R.S. RX
The Clio R.S. RX, driven by Cyril Raymond and Guillaume De Ridder, are fully thought out and developed by the French company, Fors Performance, with an Oreca engine.
